Pulse Cleaning Solutions was born out of resilience, heart, and a passion for serving others. Originally established in Atlanta, Georgia under Aptitude Cleaning Services, our vision grew from a simple truth: clean, organized spaces bring peace of mind—and everyone deserves that room to breathe.
As a full-time mom who overcame domestic violence, my mission to give back is deeply personal. I know firsthand what it feels like to navigate overwhelming seasons and build a new beginning. That’s why Pulse exists to do more than just clean—we’re here to bridge the gap for our neighbors, support families facing tough transitions, and create sustained, meaningful career paths for our community’s most vulnerable.

Is there any commitment required for a consultation? None at all. Our consultations are completely free with no obligation. We want to ensure we are the right fit for your home or business before moving forward.

Will I have the same cleaning team every time? Yes. We believe that trust and peace of mind start with consistency. Each client is assigned a designated cleaning team that gets to know your space, preferences, and specific routine. We intentionally limit crew rotation so you don't have to re-explain your expectations every time we clean.
Are your team members vetted and trained? Absolutely. Every member of our Pulse family undergoes background checks, thorough training on commercial and residential cleaning standards, and hands-on preparation. Beyond skill, our team brings heart, professionalism, and care to every job.

What is the difference between your residential and commercial services?
Residential Services: Focused on creating a peaceful, healthy environment for you and your family. We offer routine maintenance cleans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, and post-renovation cleaning.
Commercial Services: Tailored for offices, retail spaces, residential facilities, and corporate environments. We focus on high-touch sanitation, detailed floor care, professional presentation, and customizable schedules that won't disrupt your daily operations.
How long does a cleaning session take? Cleaning timelines depend on the square footage, condition of the space, and type of service requested:
Standard Residential Cleans: Typically take between 2 to 4 hours.
Deep Cleans & Move-In/Move-Outs: Range from 4 to 6+ hours depending on scope.
Commercial Spaces: Timelines are tailored to your operating hours and routine maintenance plan.
We always provide an estimated duration prior to starting your service.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning? That is completely up to you! For residential cleans, many clients prefer to provide a key, lockbox code, or smart lock entry so we can clean while they are out. For commercial clients, we often clean after business hours or during off-peak times. Rest assured, your property is handled with the utmost security and respect.
What supplies or equipment do I need to provide? None! We bring our own high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning solutions and commercial-grade equipment. If you have specific preferred products for sensitive materials or delicate surfaces, just let us know and our team will be happy to accommodate them.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? We understand life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 to 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a service so we can adjust our team’s schedule accordingly.
